When is my bill due?/ Can I change my due date?
All customers are billed on the same day of the month, the 15th. These bills are due on or before the 28th of that same month. Due dates cannot be changed, however, payments can be made at any time prior to the bill due date to avoid late charges or possible suspension.

Where can I pay my bill?
You have four different options of how you can pay your phone bill:

  1. Pay online at www.ttcok.com
  2. Pay over the phone at 1-866-441-2144
  3. Mail a money order to 4303 NW 39th St. Ste E, Oklahoma City, OK 73112
  4. Pay in person at any authorized payment location, see our website for a list of convenient locations. 

**We do not accept personal checks or check by phone.  Cash, credit card, debit card transactions are accepted.**

Does your company offer long distance service?
Yes, we do offer several options to our customers for long distance service. Our Unlimited Long Distance service is available for only $10.00 per month.  We have numerous other Long Distance Packages to choose from.  Call or stop by any agent location today for full details.  Customers also have the option of using any other long distance carrier of their choice. The information for that carrier must be provided to a TTC representative.

Can I keep my same number?
Yes, you can keep your same number.  As long as your current number is active and not due to be disconnected in the next 4 days.

When I sign up for new service, how soon can I get my new number?
Your number is available the next day.

How long will it take for my phone to be connected?
Your service will be connected in 1 to 5 business days. Most customers receive service in 2 days or less, however if onsite installation is required, we guarantee service in 5 business days.

Do I have to be home for my phone to be installed?
If onsite installation is required then someone over the age of 18 must be home.

Do you offer repair service if my phone is not working?
Yes, we guarantee service to the network interface box.  Any inside wiring issues are the homeowner’s responsibility.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Automatic bill payments can be set up as well.

What features are available?
Caller ID, Call Waiting, Three-Way Calling, Call Waiting ID, Call Return, Call Blocker Call Forwarding, and Long Distance can all be added to your service individually or as part of various package options. You may add or drop features on your account at any time by visiting a Cashland location or calling TTC directly.

Do I have access to 911?
Yes, 911 is accessible from your phone at any time and this service is free.

Can I receive standard long distance calls?
Yes, there are no charges incurred when receiving a call.

Do you offer internet and voicemail services?
In order to keep monthly service costs to a minimum, we do not offer internet or voice mail service at this time.

Can I receive collect calls?
Collect calls are blocked in an effort to protect customers from extremely high charges on their bill.
